The Forth & Clyde Canal towpath in Clydebank.

An awkward barrier at the foot of the ramp up to the Forth & Clyde Canal towpath, and no dropped kerb. The only way to the Clydebank Business Park that could possibly be just a quarter of a mile is to head in the opposite direction from ... [more]

Signs visible through the trees for various destinations not mentioned at the top of the ramp. Anyone getting this far probably already knows where they are going. Plus an awkward barrier to get around at the bottom of the steep and narrow ... [more]

The access ramp from the Forth & Clyde Canal to the Golden Jubilee National Hospital, but nothing on the signpost to say so.

Signs for destinations on the Forth & Clyde Canal towpath. A steep path next to the ruin leads down to Donald's Quay and to a path from there to The Saltings nature reserve.

The Forth & Clyde Canal towpath is now in a reasonable shape, but the path to Beardmore Street only gets worse as it goes on!

Access to the Forth & Clyde Canal towpath over the lifting bridge at Farm Road.

A choice of routes to Glasgow, and a map. It just needs a 'You Are Here' arrow.

NCN 7 cycle path alongside River Leven nearing Balloch. For some reason this path is signed mainly with No Motor Vehicles signs, although here it also has a Cycles & Pedestrians sign.

Shared-use underpass beneath A814 at College Street, on NCN 7

NCN 7 marker post 7 is apparently left and right of this sign. It refers to the national cycle route number 7. Found in Balloch Castle Country Park. These posts are easy to miss, especially at junctions. Location approximate.
